Lady Gaga sang a stunning medley of "The Hills Are Alive," "Do Re Mi," "Edelweiss" and "Climb Ev'ry Mountain" from The Sound of Music, bringing tears to the eyes of many, including the iconic Julie Andrews herself. In fact, it felt like there was nary a dry eye in the house, as Gaga poured her heart and soul into an unforgettable performance.

In an evening filled with spectacle, Gaga's performance was refreshingly stripped-down, reminding the world that she is not just rubber gloves and meat dresses but a supremely talented singer as well. At the finish of her stunning performance, she was greeted by a well-deserved standing ovation from the audience full of awed stars.
